  •   1993-1998 年安徽醫(yī)科大學(xué)臨床醫(yī)學(xué)系本科;1998-2001 年安徽醫(yī)科大學(xué)免疫系和中國預(yù)防醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)院病毒所基因工程國家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)碩士;2001-2006 英國倫敦帝國理工學(xué)院(Imperial College London)博士及Research Associate; 2006-2010 英國劍橋大學(xué)Research Fellow;2010年3月任生化與細(xì)胞所研究員,研究組長;2011年入選上海市浦江人才計(jì)劃。2014年獲國家基金委優(yōu)秀青年資助。2018年獲國家自然基金委杰出青年資助。2015年獲中國科學(xué)院優(yōu)秀指導(dǎo)老師稱號(hào)。

    研究工作:
  •   免疫介導(dǎo)的炎癥相關(guān)疾病主要由于不適當(dāng)或過度免疫反應(yīng)造成的慢性和急性炎癥反應(yīng)。其中,免疫系統(tǒng)中的T淋巴細(xì)胞和巨噬細(xì)胞能分泌各種炎癥/細(xì)胞因子,廣泛參與腫瘤或自身免疫性疾病的發(fā)生發(fā)展、機(jī)體抵御病原微生物感染的過程。(1)巨噬細(xì)胞通過Toll-樣受體等模式識(shí)別受體,感知病原微生物的各種組分,激活NF-kB、IRFs等各種轉(zhuǎn)錄因子,釋放促炎因子(IL-6,IL-1, TNF-alpha)或抑炎因子(IL-10),或抗病毒的IFNs,調(diào)控炎癥反應(yīng),參與病原微生物感染和炎性癌變等過程。(2)在應(yīng)對(duì)炎癥反應(yīng)或異種抗原時(shí),T淋巴細(xì)胞通過表面的眾多受體(如T細(xì)胞受體,趨化因子受體等),調(diào)控T細(xì)胞定向遷移到感染或腫瘤等靶部位,增殖分化成具有殺傷功能的細(xì)胞毒性T淋巴細(xì)胞(CTL),參與清除病原微生物或殺傷腫瘤細(xì)胞的過程。

      我們利用基因工程突變小鼠及相應(yīng)疾病模型,結(jié)合病人樣品,在分子、細(xì)胞水平,主要鑒定:(1)參與T細(xì)胞活化、增殖、遷移和殺傷功能的新型信號(hào)分子;(2)巨噬細(xì)胞調(diào)控炎癥反應(yīng)和I型IFN的新型信號(hào)分子;(3) 上述信號(hào)分子、代謝酶或產(chǎn)物等調(diào)控巨噬細(xì)胞和T細(xì)胞參與抗感染、抗腫瘤或促進(jìn)損傷修復(fù)中的功能和機(jī)制。
