  •   1994年畢業于南昌大學,獲有機化學專業學士學位;1999年畢業于中國科學院上海生物化學研究所,獲生物化學與分子生物學專業博士學位;1999年至2004年在美國國立癌癥研究所(National Cancer Institute, NIH)接受博士后訓練,從事細胞免疫學研究。2004年聘為研究員;2009年入選國家杰出青年科學基金獲得者;2014年入選科技部中青年科技創新領軍人才。擔任國家重點基礎研究發展計劃(973計劃)項目首席(2013年-2017年),國家自然科學基金創新群體項目負責人(2017年-)。近年來,系統性研究了免疫細胞的分化成熟及其功能作用機制,在Nat Immunol, Nat Commun, JEM, PNAS和EMBO J等學術期刊上發表50余篇研究論文。2008年獲得明治乳業生命科學獎;2009年獲得第十一屆中國青年科技獎;2010年評為中科院優秀研究生指導教師;2011年評為全國優秀博士學位論文指導教師;2012年獲得A-IMBN Research Young Investigators Award。擔任Cell Res和J Biol Chem等學術期刊的編委;任中國生物化學與分子生物學會副理事長,秘書長。

  • 免疫細胞分化與功能
    研究工作:
  •   免疫細胞在骨髓或胸腺中分化成熟,遷移至外周淋巴系統中發揮免疫功能。我們研究組的科研工作以T細胞、NK細胞和中性粒細胞為主要研究對象,圍繞他們的分化成熟與功能調控機制而展開。在T細胞方面,主要研究其定向分化及其在腫瘤免疫調控中的分子細胞作用機制;在NK細胞方面,主要聚焦其功能發揮與失調及功能改造技術;在中性粒細胞方面,主要探索其在彌散性血栓中的作用機制及干預策略。
