  •   1985年畢業(yè)于第四軍醫(yī)大學(xué)空軍醫(yī)學(xué)系,1988年在該校獲碩士學(xué)位。1993年在瑞典卡羅琳斯卡醫(yī)學(xué)院神經(jīng)科學(xué)系進(jìn)修一年。1996年任第四軍醫(yī)大學(xué)空軍醫(yī)學(xué)系副教授,1999年獲醫(yī)學(xué)博士學(xué)位。1999年11月在中國科學(xué)院神經(jīng)科學(xué)研究所感覺系統(tǒng)研究組任副研究員,2002年10月獲中科院上海生命科學(xué)研究院“優(yōu)秀青年人才計(jì)劃”,同年任合作課題組長。獲2003年度國家自然科學(xué)杰出青年基金資助。2004年4月任中科院生化與細(xì)胞所課題組長、研究員、博士生導(dǎo)師,現(xiàn)任中科院分子細(xì)胞科學(xué)卓越創(chuàng)新中心課題組長、研究員、博士生導(dǎo)師。承擔(dān)國家自然科學(xué)基金重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目和國家重大研究計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目,獲得軍隊(duì)科技進(jìn)步一等獎、二等獎各1次、國家科技進(jìn)步三等獎1次、上海市科學(xué)技術(shù)進(jìn)步二等獎1次。獲上海市“三八”紅旗手榮譽(yù)稱號、上海市志愿服務(wù)先進(jìn)集體?,F(xiàn)兼任上海市女科學(xué)家聯(lián)誼會副理事長、上海市創(chuàng)新細(xì)胞生物學(xué)發(fā)展基金會理事長、中國神經(jīng)科學(xué)學(xué)會理事、中國細(xì)胞生物學(xué)學(xué)會理事、上海市神經(jīng)科學(xué)會常務(wù)理事。

    研究工作:
  •   細(xì)胞內(nèi)的蛋白質(zhì)和RNA合成后要被運(yùn)輸?shù)讲煌膮^(qū)域發(fā)揮作用,神經(jīng)元是一種特化的細(xì)胞,除了胞體它還具有長的軸突和樹突,因此蛋白質(zhì)和RNA在細(xì)胞內(nèi)的長距離運(yùn)輸就更為重要。我們近期的研究對兩部分的研究內(nèi)容感興趣,一方面是細(xì)胞內(nèi)運(yùn)輸?shù)能壍牢⒐苁芪⒐艿鞍酌艽a(翻譯后修飾和亞型)的調(diào)控及對神經(jīng)元發(fā)育和神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病的影響,另一方面是神經(jīng)元中非編碼RNA的運(yùn)輸和調(diào)控機(jī)制以及在感覺傳遞和神經(jīng)元發(fā)育中的生理意義。

      微管是細(xì)胞內(nèi)物質(zhì)轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)的軌道,使得生長必須的蛋白質(zhì)、RNA以及膜結(jié)構(gòu)源源不斷的往末梢運(yùn)輸,從而幫助神經(jīng)元軸突快速的生長。在神經(jīng)元發(fā)育過程中,微管蛋白及微管結(jié)構(gòu)會不斷受到細(xì)胞內(nèi)分子和外界信號的調(diào)控,影響微管的聚合或解聚。微管功能調(diào)控在神經(jīng)元極性形成和軸突生長的過程中起著至關(guān)重要的作用。我們將圍繞微管蛋白密碼,鑒定微管蛋白翻譯后修飾和微管蛋白亞型對微管功能的調(diào)控作用,并揭示其在神經(jīng)元內(nèi)物質(zhì)運(yùn)輸、神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)發(fā)育(神經(jīng)元生長、極性形成和遷移)和神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病中的重要作用。

      非編碼RNA主要包括微小RNA (miRNA)和長鏈非編碼RNA(lncRNA)等,它們具有高度的組織特異性,并通過多種機(jī)制發(fā)揮調(diào)控作用。在初級感覺神經(jīng)元發(fā)育和感覺信息傳遞中,非編碼RNA的運(yùn)輸和定位受到外界信號以及RNA結(jié)合蛋白等分子的精確調(diào)控。我們通過鑒定神經(jīng)元軸突特異分布的miRNA和lncRNA以及細(xì)胞類型特異定位的lncRNA,揭示軸突富集非編碼RNA以及細(xì)胞類型特異性的lncRNA在神經(jīng)元軸突發(fā)育以及感覺信息傳遞中的功能和作用機(jī)制。
