  • 2002年畢業(yè)于浙江大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院臨床醫(yī)學(xué)系獲得MD。2006年畢業(yè)于中國醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)院中國協(xié)和醫(yī)科大學(xué)獲得PhD。2006年至2010年在美國哈佛大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院波士頓兒童醫(yī)院從事博士后研究,并于2009年任哈佛大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院講師和Research Associate。2010年9月起至2016年8月任中國科學(xué)院上海生命科學(xué)研究院營養(yǎng)科學(xué)研究所研究員,研究組長。2016年9月起任職于中國科學(xué)院上海生命科學(xué)研究院生物化學(xué)與細(xì)胞生物學(xué)研究所研究員,研究組長。曾獲得國際心臟研究會ISHR—“杰出研究員獎”、國家杰出青年科學(xué)基金、 “英國皇家學(xué)會-牛頓高級學(xué)者基金”、中國青年科技獎、中國科學(xué)院青年科學(xué)家獎、談家楨生命科學(xué)創(chuàng)新獎、科學(xué)探索獎、上海市自然科學(xué)獎一等獎、上海市青年科技杰出貢獻(xiàn)獎、新基石研究員、中科院青年科學(xué)家國際合作伙伴獎等。多次獲得中國科學(xué)院“優(yōu)秀研究生指導(dǎo)教師”稱號、“中國科學(xué)院大學(xué)領(lǐng)雁獎”、“中科院優(yōu)秀導(dǎo)師獎”、“朱李月華優(yōu)秀教師”獎等。

    研究工作:
  • 研究組主要利用基于同源重組酶系統(tǒng)的遺傳譜系示蹤技術(shù),在哺乳動物體內(nèi)進(jìn)行細(xì)胞標(biāo)記及追蹤來研究細(xì)胞起源及命運,揭示發(fā)育、疾病、再生過程中的細(xì)胞分化、增殖、衰老、死亡等細(xì)胞命運過程,并闡明細(xì)胞命運調(diào)控的分子機(jī)制,為相關(guān)疾病治療提供重要理論基礎(chǔ)和新的研究方向,解決了領(lǐng)域內(nèi)多個重要科學(xué)問題,取得系統(tǒng)性原創(chuàng)成果。代表性研究工作發(fā)表在Cell、Nature、Science等國際學(xué)術(shù)期刊,其中發(fā)現(xiàn)哺乳動物新生期心臟具有重新生成冠狀動脈的能力的成果入選“中國科學(xué)十大進(jìn)展”;創(chuàng)建的譜系示蹤新技術(shù)解決了近20年來國際心血管領(lǐng)域內(nèi)關(guān)于心臟干細(xì)胞與心肌再生的爭議問題;建立了雙重組酶介導(dǎo)的遺傳學(xué)技術(shù)和鄰近細(xì)胞遺傳學(xué)技術(shù),從全新的角度揭示了器官發(fā)育與修復(fù)再生的調(diào)控機(jī)制。目前,我們的研究主要包括以下幾個方面:

    1、建立和發(fā)展譜系示蹤及遺傳操作新技術(shù),實現(xiàn)哺乳動物體內(nèi)更為精準(zhǔn)、高效地遺傳示蹤和操作,揭示器官發(fā)育與組織再生過程中細(xì)胞分化、增殖、衰老、死亡等過程,并闡明其遺傳與表觀遺傳調(diào)控機(jī)制。

    2、建立鄰近細(xì)胞遺傳操作新技術(shù),深入解析哺乳動物體內(nèi)細(xì)胞-細(xì)胞交流過程,探索體內(nèi)細(xì)胞微環(huán)境對干細(xì)胞命運調(diào)控的機(jī)理,為促進(jìn)體內(nèi)干細(xì)胞有效擴(kuò)增和誘導(dǎo)分化提供理論基礎(chǔ)。

    3、探索異種器官再造技術(shù),致力于實現(xiàn)重要器官的異種再造,研究成果將來可以為人類器官再造和移植奠定重要理論基礎(chǔ)和技術(shù)平臺。

    實驗室的長遠(yuǎn)目標(biāo)是實現(xiàn)器官原位再生和異體器官再造,為相關(guān)疾病治療提供新思路和新策略。


      研究組朝氣蓬勃,積極向上,團(tuán)結(jié)進(jìn)取,學(xué)術(shù)氣氛活躍,致力于成為 “嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)、團(tuán)結(jié)、創(chuàng)新”的譜系示蹤與細(xì)胞命運研究團(tuán)隊。近幾年來,研究組每年都有學(xué)生獲得國家獎學(xué)金、中科院院長獎、優(yōu)秀畢業(yè)生、優(yōu)秀博士論文等,培養(yǎng)的多位學(xué)生已赴國外頂尖學(xué)府(如哈佛大學(xué)等)從事博士后研究,或已在國內(nèi)知名大學(xué)和科研院所任獨立PI(如復(fù)旦大學(xué)、同濟(jì)大學(xué)、西湖大學(xué)、上海科技大學(xué)、中科院藥物所等)。
