　　2003年畢業于南開大學，獲學士學位;2009年畢業于中國科學院上海生科院生化與細胞所，獲得博士學位。2009年11月至2015年9月在于美國哈佛大學醫學院/波士頓兒科醫院(Harvard Medical School, Boston Children’s Hospital)從事博士后研究，先后獲得Cancer Research Institute Research Fellowship，Lymphoma Research Foundation Postdoctoral Fellowship等基金資助。2015年9月起任中國科學院分子細胞科學卓越創新中心(上海生物化學與細胞生物學研究所)研究員、博士生導師、研究組長。

　　基因組編碼的遺傳信息是生命活動的基礎，而生命活動又常伴隨著DNA損傷的被動發生，因此生物進化出多套機制維持其穩定性。而“禍福相依”，特定細胞會主動發生基因組DNA變異，改變編碼信息，獲得新的功能。適應性免疫系統中抗原受體多樣性產生即是哺乳動物中少數的DNA程序性變異過程之一。在應對復雜的生存環境中，免疫B淋巴細胞經歷一系列的基因重排、高頻突變、DNA重組等過程，產生高效親和力抗體分子。B細胞特異性DNA脫氨酶AID起始了抗體基因程序性DNA斷裂或突變，最終，單一的DNA序列轉化為天文數字的抗體基因。免疫多樣化的缺陷會導致各種原發性免疫缺陷疾病，而程序性DNA損傷的錯誤調控也會造成其它基因上的DNA損傷，導致免疫系統腫瘤的發生發展。

　　研究組致力于探索免疫受體多樣化的機制，并在體外重構抗體多樣化過程。研究組希望能夠：1)闡明免疫細胞中程序性DNA損傷發生和易錯解讀機制;2)解析原發性免疫缺陷疾病和淋巴瘤的發生發展病理機制;3)探索、建立抗體藥物發現和生產的迭代技術。目前我們主要運用生物化學、免疫學、功能組學和合成生物學等方法，結合動物模型，研究蛋白質液-液相變、基因對向轉錄、DNA力學性質等在AID招募中的作用，以及下游DNA損傷反應在免疫系統多樣化中的時空調控，并利用堿基編輯工具、合成生物學手段在體外重構免疫反應最小功能單元——生發中心反應。
