個人簡介：

李逸平博士自1990年起先后在中國科學院上海細胞生物學研究所、中國科學院上海生物化學與細胞生物學研究所任助理研究員、副研究員、研究員，曾任課題組長、所長助理、副所長等職，并兼任中國細胞生物學會理事、副秘書長。2000年4月起同時擔任上海市科學技術協會副主席，曾兼任國家人類基因組南方研究中心、國家藥物篩選研究中心、上海市新藥研究開發中心等理事長。李逸平研究員一直從事細胞生物學和發育生物學方面的研究工作，以斑馬魚、小鼠為模式動物重點研究生殖細胞及早胚胎發育調控機制，主要研究成果以論文、專利形式體現。曾先后參與或主持了國家科技部、國家自然科學基金、中科院、農業部和上海市的科學研究項目。

研究工作：

眾所周知，生命個體從受精卵開始經過一系列的生物學事件發育成熟，其中蘊藏著精妙的分子調控機制，這是科學家們一直以來想要闡明的科學奧秘。本實驗室多年來一直從事胚胎發育和生殖細胞方面的研究，主要以斑馬魚和小鼠等為研究模型，利用實驗生物學以及生物信息學等手段對早期胚胎發育過程中母型因子調控胚胎發育以及合子型基因開啟的機制等方面進行研究，以闡明早期胚胎發育的分子調控機制。同時，我們也建立了斑馬魚胚胎細胞體外培養體系以及基于胚胎細胞移植的斑馬魚半克隆技術，并以此工具研究斑馬魚母型合子型轉換的調控機制及重編程機制，這不僅能簡化斑馬魚基因編輯品系的建立方法，同時也有助于了解發育缺陷、不孕不育等疾病的發病機理。
