　　1994年畢業(yè)于南昌大學(xué)，獲有機化學(xué)專業(yè)學(xué)士學(xué)位;1999年畢業(yè)于中國科學(xué)院上海生物化學(xué)研究所，獲生物化學(xué)與分子生物學(xué)專業(yè)博士學(xué)位;1999年至2004年在美國國立癌癥研究所(National Cancer Institute, NIH)接受博士后訓(xùn)練，從事細(xì)胞免疫學(xué)研究。2004年聘為研究員;2009年入選國家杰出青年科學(xué)基金獲得者;2014年入選科技部中青年科技創(chuàng)新領(lǐng)軍人才。擔(dān)任國家重點基礎(chǔ)研究發(fā)展計劃(973計劃)項目首席(2013年-2017年)，國家自然科學(xué)基金創(chuàng)新群體項目負(fù)責(zé)人(2017年-)。近年來，系統(tǒng)性研究了免疫細(xì)胞的分化成熟及其功能作用機制，在Nat Immunol, Nat Commun, JEM, PNAS和EMBO J等學(xué)術(shù)期刊上發(fā)表50余篇研究論文。2008年獲得明治乳業(yè)生命科學(xué)獎;2009年獲得第十一屆中國青年科技獎;2010年評為中科院優(yōu)秀研究生指導(dǎo)教師;2011年評為全國優(yōu)秀博士學(xué)位論文指導(dǎo)教師;2012年獲得A-IMBN Research Young Investigators Award。擔(dān)任Cell Res和J Biol Chem等學(xué)術(shù)期刊的編委;任中國生物化學(xué)與分子生物學(xué)會副理事長，秘書長。

　　免疫細(xì)胞在骨髓或胸腺中分化成熟，遷移至外周淋巴系統(tǒng)中發(fā)揮免疫功能。我們研究組的科研工作以T細(xì)胞、NK細(xì)胞和中性粒細(xì)胞為主要研究對象，圍繞他們的分化成熟與功能調(diào)控機制而展開。在T細(xì)胞方面，主要研究其定向分化及其在腫瘤免疫調(diào)控中的分子細(xì)胞作用機制;在NK細(xì)胞方面，主要聚焦其功能發(fā)揮與失調(diào)及功能改造技術(shù);在中性粒細(xì)胞方面，主要探索其在彌散性血栓中的作用機制及干預(yù)策略。
