  •   1985年畢業于中國科技大學生物系,1988年在該校獲碩士學位并留校任教。1990年底赴美,以聯合培養方式先后在加州大學圣地亞哥分校和德州大學圣安東尼奧健康科學中心完成博士論文,1994年底回到中國科大,1995年在中科院上海細胞所獲博士學位。同年成為中科院上海生命科學研究中心的博士后并任課題組長。1997年被聘為研究組長,副研究員,1999年晉升研究員,博士生導師,同年轉入中科院上海生命科學研究院生化與細胞所。

      2001年獲國家“杰出青年基金”支持,國家基金委“創新研究群體”學術帶頭人、科技部“重大研究計劃”首席科學家。歷任所長助理、副所長、所學術委員會主任、所學位委員會主席、中科院分子細胞生物學重點實驗室主任、中國細胞生物學會副理事長等職。現任Mol Biol Cell和《細胞生物學雜志》副主編、Cell Res編委、Faculty of 1000的Faculty成員、中國細胞生物學會監事等。

      作為(共同)通訊作者在Cell、Nat Cell Biol、Dev Cell、EMBO J、J Cell Biol、 Cell Rep、 EMBO Rep等雜志發表多篇研究論文。獲上海市“自然科學牡丹獎”、上海市自然科學獎“一等獎”、“上海領軍人才”、第六屆“談家楨生命科學創新獎”、中國細胞生物學學會-CST“杰出成就獎”、全國優秀科技工作者,并多次獲得中科院“優秀教師”、“優秀研究生指導教師”等榮譽。

  • ?????? 細胞周期與細胞運動都是生命最基本的活動。細胞周期的目的即是通過細胞分裂完成遺傳物質的均等分離和細胞質的分割,實現細胞的增殖。而細胞分裂、遷移、纖毛運動、胞內運輸等細胞運動形式以其重要、復雜、動態和完美展現出強烈的吸引力。我們利用分子生物學、細胞生物學和發育生物學的多種技術和手段,以及細胞、斑馬魚、小鼠等系統深入探討細胞運動的結構基礎、分子調節機理,及其與干細胞維持、分化和疾病的關系。其中涉及細胞骨架、分子馬達、中心粒、動粒和纖毛等細胞結構和組分,以及物質運輸、信號轉導、基因表達、蛋白質修飾和相互作用等過程。這些豐富的研究內容既充滿挑戰又富于情趣,希望每位鐘愛生命科學研究的學子都可從中找到屬于自己的樂土。
