    研究工作:
  • T細胞受體(TCR)結合配體peptide-MHC,是免疫系統識別多種多樣抗原的分子基礎。課題組綜合運用生物化學、細胞生物學、免疫學、蛋白質工程、結構生物學、遺傳學、生物物理學等方法,以T細胞與T細胞受體為主要研究對象,深入研究T細胞受體的抗原識別與信號轉導機制,發展針對實體腫瘤的TCR-T細胞療法。

    具體方向包括

      1.T細胞受體抗原識別與信號轉導的新機制;

      2.T細胞受體等免疫受體的蛋白質工程改造新技術;

      3.T細胞抗原識別與信號轉導的結構基礎;

      4.多學科賦能的實體腫瘤特異TCR-T細胞療法;

      5.鑒定新型的免疫受體-配體。
