  • 2013年畢業于中國農業大學,獲學士學位;2013年9月至2019年1月就讀于清華大學,獲博士學位;2019年3月至2025年1月于清華大學生命科學學院從事博士后研究(導師頡偉);于2025年3月起任中科院分子細胞科學卓越創新中心(生物化學與細胞生物學研究所)研究員,研究組長,博士生導師

    研究工作:
  • 細胞核是一個高度組織化的三維結構,其中DNA、RNA 和蛋白質協同作用,精確調控基因表達和細胞命運。在生命起始階段,精子和卵子的融合形成受精卵,并發育為新個體。在此過程中,染色質的三維結構和空間定位經歷劇烈重塑,這些動態變化與基因組激活、細胞發育潛能轉換和細胞分化密切相關。

    本實驗室致力于開發和應用高靈敏的染色質分析、DNA/RNA/蛋白互作檢測以及三維基因組操控技術,并結合發育生物學、分子生物學、表觀遺傳學和生物信息學等多學科手段,采用干濕實驗結合的策略,探索以下核心科學問題:

    1)哺乳動物生殖和發育過程中染色質三維結構的動態重塑及其生物學功能;

    2)RNA,特別是非編碼RNA,如何調控細胞核結構(Nuclear organization)、基因組互作和基因表達;

    3)染色質三維結構對人類健康和疾病的影響,并嘗試通過調控核內三維空間結構開發新的檢測和干預策略。

    這些研究不僅有助于深化對RNA 介導的染色質調控和基因表達調節的理解,還將為改善生殖健康、提高生育力及防治胚胎發育缺陷提供理論支持和創新技術。
