    個人簡介:
  •   1965-1969和1978-1981兩次中國科學院上海生物化學研究所研究生畢業(yè)。1986年任生化所副研究員,1993年任研究員,博士生導師。長期以氨基酰-tRNA合成酶及其相關tRNA為對象研究酶與核酸的相互作用,以期加深人們對蛋白質生物合成質量控制機理的理解。曾獲得國家自然科學二等獎,上海市自然科學一等獎、二等獎,何梁何利科技進步獎,七次中國科學院研究生導師獎,為全國勞動模范。《生命科學》和《生命的化學》副主編,《生物化學與生物物理學報》、《中國生物化學與分子生物學雜志》。EMBO J、Nucleic Acids Research、J. Biol. Chem.Scientific Reports等雜志的審稿人。為中國科學院院士(2005年)、第三世界科學院(TWAS)院士(2006年)和中國醫(yī)學科學院學部委員(2019年)。

    研究工作:
  •   長期從事生物化學與分子生物學研究。目前主要以tRNA和相關氨基酰-tRNA合成酶為對象核酸與酶的相互作用研究。氨基酰-tRNA合成酶是蛋白質生物合成過程中的關鍵酶,它催化蛋白質生物合成過程中的第一步反應-tRNA氨基酰化反應。氨基酰-tRNA合成酶對tRNA的精確識別保證了遺傳信息由核酸傳遞到蛋白質的精確性,所以研究tRNA與氨基酰-tRNA合成酶的相互作用具有重要的生物學意義。隨著研究的深入,該項研究還可以為人類的疾病防止和治療、改善人類生存環(huán)境提供理論依據(jù)和新的思路。

      研究組已發(fā)表研究論文120余篇。研究結果2400余次被包括《生物化學年鑒》和《細胞》中的綜述,《美國科學院院報》,《歐洲分子生物學組織雜志》和《分子細胞》等學術刊物的研究論文引用。研究組與法國,加拿大,美國等多家實驗室有合作研究關系。
